We like to provide blog posts that will help you get to know the people behind Boson a little better. From our software developers to our customer support representatives, there are plenty of talented team members worth meeting.

If you've ever required assistance with a Boson product, you've likely spoken to Glenn. He not only leads our customer support team, but is heavily involved in product testing, video editing, and training. Let's get to know Glenn!

What led you to work for Boson?

It was a great fit for my skills, interests, and previous experience. Lisa, from our Human Resources department confirmed that the fit was mutual, and she has been very helpful with my HR needs throughout my career at Boson.

What is your favorite part about your position at Boson?

Troubleshooting and solving challenging projects.

What are the biggest strengths professionally that you bring to the Boson team?

IT/computer knowledge, customer service, tech support and troubleshooting.

What has been your favorite project you’ve worked on at Boson?

Video Editing and product testing.

How do you like to structure your day? Are you an early bird or a night owl?

At times, both.

What is something that you’ve always wanted to try or learn?

Learn a foreign language., maybe Spanish.

If they made a movie about your life, who would you want to play you and why?

Ben Stiller or Tom Hanks. Both are great actors in my opinion.

What was the first concert you attended?

The Monkees, Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, Herman’s Hermits, and The Grass Roots

If you could witness any historical event, what would you want to see?

First man on the moon, viewed from the lunar lander. Also, Woodstock (coincidentally the same year as the first moon landing).

If you could plan your ultimate vacation, where would you go?

Europe trip: Ireland, France, Sweden, etc...

You recently traveled to view the April 2024 solar eclipse, was this the first eclipse you've experienced in person?

No. I also traveled out of state to see “The Great American Eclipse of 2017.”

What was the experience like?

It was very surreal. I was amazed on how this rare alignment can impact so many things on Earth like getting darker and cooler so quickly. I highly recommend trying to witness a total solar eclipse if possible.

Would you travel again for a total eclipse?

Yes, but one of the next ones in America should go right over me in 2045. I have it marked on my calendar and am looking forward to seeing it then.
